Payment Terms: Payment for refurbishment services is due according to the payment schedule outlined in the project proposal or quote provided by Silver Knight PCs. Failure to make timely payments may result in delays in the refurbishment process.

Timeline: Silver Knight PCs will make every effort to complete the refurbishment within the agreed-upon timeline. However, unforeseen circumstances may arise that could impact the completion date. THE CLIENT will be notified of any delays and provided with updated timelines as necessary.

Ownership of Equipment: THE CLIENT retains ownership of the equipment submitted for refurbishment. Silver Knight PCs will take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and security of the equipment during the refurbishment process. However, Silver Knight PCs is not liable for any damages or losses incurred to the equipment during the refurbishment process.

Warranty: Silver Knight PCs provides a warranty on refurbished parts and labor as outlined in the project proposal or quote provided. Any issues or defects discovered after the completion of the refurbishment should be reported to Silver Knight PCs promptly for resolution.

Limitation of Liability: Silver Knight PCs is not liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of the use of the refurbished equipment or any services provided. THE CLIENT agrees to indemnify and hold Silver Knight PCs harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from the use of the refurbished equipment.

Data Backup: It is the responsibility of THE CLIENT to back up any data or files stored on the equipment submitted for refurbishment. Silver Knight PCs is not liable for any data loss or corruption that may occur during the refurbishment process.

Third-Party Services: Silver Knight PCs may utilize third-party services or software tools as part of the refurbishment process. THE CLIENT agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of any such third-party services.
