  • THE CUSTOMER acknowledges that they are responsible for ensuring the security of their computer and network during remote access sessions. Silver Knight PCS is not liable for any security breaches or data loss that may occur due to insufficient security measures.

  • Remote access sessions may involve the installation of software or modification of system settings to facilitate troubleshooting and repair. THE CUSTOMER consents to such actions being taken by Silver Knight PCS.

  • THE CUSTOMER agrees to cooperate with Silver Knight PCS technicians during remote access sessions and follow any instructions provided for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

  • Silver Knight PCS will make every effort to ensure the security and confidentiality of THE CUSTOMER's data during remote access sessions. However, THE CUSTOMER acknowledges that remote access inherently carries some level of risk, and Silver Knight PCS cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • Remote service fees will be charged based on the duration and complexity of the technical support provided. THE CUSTOMER will be informed of any applicable charges before remote assistance begins.

  • THE CUSTOMER understands that Silver Knight PCS reserves the right to terminate remote access sessions at any time if deemed necessary for security reasons or if THE CUSTOMER violates any terms of this agreement.

  • THE CUSTOMER understands that a prepayment is required before services are rendered,
