Project Scope: THE CLIENT acknowledges that the scope of the web design project is outlined in this form and any changes or additions may result in adjustments to the timeline and cost.

Payment Terms: Payment for web design services is due according to the payment schedule outlined in the project proposal. Failure to make timely payments may result in delays in project delivery.

Intellectual Property: Silver Knight PCS retains ownership of all original design files and source code created as part of the project until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of final payment, ownership of the completed website design will be transferred to THE CLIENT.

Content and Materials: THE CLIENT is responsible for providing all necessary content, images, and other materials required for the website design. Any delays in providing these materials may impact the project timeline.

Client Responsibilities: THE CLIENT agrees to cooperate with Silver Knight PCS and provide timely feedback and approvals throughout the duration of the project. Failure to do so may result in project delays.

Revisions and Approval: THE CLIENT is entitled to a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees. Final approval of the website design must be provided by THE CLIENT before the website is launched.

Third-Party Services: Silver Knight PCS may utilize third-party services or software tools as part of the web design process. THE CLIENT agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of any such third-party services.

Liability: Silver Knight PCS is not liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of the use of the website or any services provided. THE CLIENT agrees to indemnify and hold Silver Knight PCS harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from the use of the website.
